Fees and Payments
Excell Academy is responsible for setting Educators service’s fee charging schedule and establish service’s fee charging policies in consultation with the Educator.
A service fee schedule is provided to families upon enrolment.

Fees for Family Day Care vary according to the Educator's qualifications, experience, the hours of care and services they provide. Some educators provide food, nappies and transport, and these costs will be added to the hourly rates.
All fees are now paid via direct debit to keep in line with Family Assistance Law.
​The Rate Cap
The rate cap will be used, in combination with family's income and level of activity to calculate the amount of subsidy a family is entitled to receive.

The hourly cap for Family Day Care is $13.24 per hour which CCS subsidies the percentage you are entitled too. To be eligible parents must pay the gap fee directly to service in accordance with Family Assistance Law.
